Step 01 · Integration
Bringing scattered points in
Symplo doesn't scrape data and doesn't want your password. Once the partner opens the integration, only one thing is exposed: how many points this user currently has. Everything else stays where it was.
- Read-only authorization — Symplo can't deduct on your behalf; every action needs your second confirm
- Data minimization — we don't ingest your purchase history or your ID documents
- Scope controlled by Partner — which users, which categories, partner decides
Step 02-03 · Conversion + ledger
1:1 conversion, append-only ledger
Once you authorize, partner deducts and Symplo credits at the same moment. Every action enters the same book — and that book only grows.
- 1:1 direct — no conversion rate, no channel fees, no 'effective rate'
- Append-only ledger — idempotency keys on every entry; retries don't double-charge
- Single source of truth — balances are derived from the ledger; caches are pure optimization
Step 04 · Choice
Two paths, one balance
Once the balance lands, you have two ways to use it: spend it on a voucher now, or convert it into platform tokens to hold a seat for later. Both deduct from the same balance — your call.
Step 05-06 · Redemption + settlement
Instant redemption, periodic settlement
The moment a user redeems a voucher, it's valid on the merchant side — no waiting. Money between us and merchants flows on a monthly cycle, with traceable, auditable reporting.
- Instant redemption — user shows the code, merchant confirms in dashboard, local and server sync
- Monthly settlement by default — both partners and merchants receive complete statements
- Audit-ready — we retain full logs for compliance audits; a reporting interface is reserved
Trust model
Your keys, your data, your call
Symplo is a connector, not a custodian. Your wallet, your assets, your privacy boundaries — all of it stays with you.
- Symplo never custodies your private keys; on-chain actions require your signature
- We don't store your purchase history or sell your data to third parties
- Audit interface reserved — compliance bodies can independently verify ledger consistency
